Shipping and Delivery
We are offering free same day delivery service to your door step without any minimum order price if you're located within 5 km radius of our store location. Deliveries are made by us on ordinary business days (excluding holidays).
1.Orders placed before 12 PM will be delivered not later than 02:00PM
2.Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered not later than 09:00PM
We will contact you via email or Text/Whatsapp message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify about the estimated time of delivery.
Statewide / Nationwide Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your name and order number together with a photo and/or video showing the item’s condition clearly. We address these queries on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We reserve the right to not entertain any replacement queries after 5 days from the date of receipt.
